Before you begin creating your culinary masterpiece (fingers crossed!), you’ll enjoy a brief lesson on the history of tiramisu and the significance of fresh pasta in Italy. Following that, you’ll have the opportunity to prepare your own pasta, guided by an experienced chef.

Your fettuccine will be complemented by various sauce options, including tomato and basil, cacio e pepe, and amatriciana.

After preparing your meal, you’ll have the chance to sit down and enjoy it with a glass of wine while conversing with your classmates. If you prefer non-alcoholic options, those are available as well. You’ll also be treated to a limoncello and coffee afterward.

The experience begins with crafting tiramisu, where the chef will guide you on perfectly layering the ladyfinger cookies and achieving the ideal balance of cream and espresso powder.

You’ll then have the chance to make two different types of pasta from scratch.

The chef will explain the various types of pasta you can create, along with the best seasonal fillings for ravioli, making this class especially perfect for winter.

Once you complete the preparations, enjoy a glass of wine while you soak in the enchanting view of Piazza Navona until your pasta is cooked to perfection.

Finally, you’ll savor the pasta paired with your chosen sauce! Afterward, indulge in a plate of your own handmade, authentic tiramisu. The class runs for about 3 hours and will take place inside Restaurant Gusto.
