Hailing from Regina, Saskatchewan, Dr. Kayla Ruschkowski earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Saskatchewan, followed by her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Motivated by her volunteer experiences in preventative health clinics, Dr. Kayla is dedicated to preventative care, herbal medicine, nutrition, and evidence-based practices in her work.
