I want to express my heartfelt thanks to both of you for providing everything I hoped for, and even more. Tom… where do I begin? An email simply can’t capture how much I enjoyed learning from him. His exceptional teaching skills, combined with his remarkable talent in cooking, truly stood out. He was humble and always willing to share as much knowledge as we were eager to absorb.
From the moment I arrived, I felt utterly pampered. There was never a moment when I felt anything was being “skimped” on. Little touches, like having coffee waiting for us upon arrival in Venice, made a significant difference. All the excursions were wonderful, and the generous supply of food and wine was simply delightful. We had the perfect balance of engagement, allowing us to participate as much or as little as we wished. I particularly enjoyed the afternoons when we could choose to walk around or explore at our leisure.
