When Was the First Documented Corn Maze?

Recently, while sitting around a bonfire, we found ourselves curious about the origins of corn mazes!

  • According to Wikipedia, the first large corn maze was thought to be created in Annville, Pennsylvania, in 1993. However, corn mazes were already mentioned in newspapers as early as 1982.

Corn mazes are exciting attractions in Michigan that provide a unique way for farms to generate additional income. Make sure to visit Michigan this fall season!
