Surf and Sail in the Maldives: An Ideal Journey Through the Central Atolls
Many people consider the Maldives one of the premier travel destinations, thanks to its stunning blue waters and exceptional surfing conditions. With over 1,000 coral islands, known as atolls, and an array of world-class surf breaks, a surfing trip to the Maldives has become one of the most sought-after experiences for surfers today.
For more than a decade, Surfatoll has been offering both private and shared surf charters in the Maldives, catering to surfers of all skill levels, from enthusiastic amateurs to WSL professionals like Michel Bourez.
We are thrilled to introduce a new addition to our fleet: The Leopard 38 Catamaran (link).
This sailing vessel, crafted in South Africa and renovated in 2015, is perfect for those wanting to navigate the breathtaking Maldivian atolls. Experienced sailors can choose to skipper the boat themselves or hire a skipper as part of the crew. Either way, your time aboard the Leopard promises to be a memorable adventure.
The Leopard is staffed by three crew members: a skipper, a cook, and a deckhand. It accommodates a minimum of four and a maximum of ten passengers. With four air-conditioned double cabins, it’s an excellent choice for families or small groups of friends traveling together.
The cost for sailing and surfing on the Leopard is $1,000 per night, which includes the following amenities:
- All three crew members
- Airport pickup and drop-off
- Three daily meals, along with coffee, tea, and water
- Access to a variety of onboard equipment and facilities
Embarking on a surfing adventure with the Leopard offers a fresh perspective on exploring the Maldives. Fill out your information to receive a brochure and learn more about this exciting new way to sail and surf in the Maldives aboard the Leopard.
