Amanda Holden looked ready to embark on her 250-mile charity cycling challenge yesterday.
The 53-year-old judge from Britain’s Got Talent began her journey in Bude, Cornwall, heading towards Taunton.
Today, she will continue her journey to Frome, with hopes of reaching central London in five days.
The Heart Radio host is cycling to support Global’s Make Some Noise initiative, which aids small charities throughout the UK.
She shared: “We are raising funds for small community charities that struggle to secure financial support each year. That’s what makes this cause particularly meaningful to me.”
Amanda, known for her playful personality, often seizes opportunities to share a cheeky remark or playful joke, whether she’s on screen or enjoying a holiday.
This morning, she left Good Morning Britain host Ed Balls blushing after she made a humorous comment about her backside during a discussion about her upcoming charity ride. When mentioning her use of ‘bum butter’ for comfort during the cycling challenge, Ed quipped that she should “apply it often and thickly.”
Amanda cheekily responded, “I’ll think of you when I apply it,” causing both Ed and co-host Susanna Reid to gasp and prompt a quick change of subject.
This isn’t the first time Amanda has left her friends and colleagues speechless with her cheeky antics.
