The Circumvesuviana is an excellent choice for those looking to explore the Gulf of Naples and discover the hidden gems of Campania. Despite the considerable online chatter and negativity surrounding this regional train, including warnings about pickpockets in the train stations and aboard the trains, many travelers remain cautious. I was also aware of these concerns and felt hesitant about taking the train during my last trip. However, I knew it was the most efficient way to reach my destination.
