Last week, we hosted our 2nd annual Luxury Symposium at the historic Hotel Cleveland in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Seventy travel advisors from across the country participated in person to learn from and connect with luxury suppliers.
During the Luxury Symposium, nineteen suppliers shared their perspectives on what defines luxury and highlighted what distinguishes their services. They also offered valuable insights into understanding the mindset of luxury clients. The keynote address was delivered by Glen Rothe, Vice President of Trade Sales at Crystal Cruises.
Our booking trends indicate that there is a growing demand for authentic local experiences, wellness opportunities, and fine dining. Wealthy travelers are seeking new adventures that go beyond traditional vacation experiences.
As a host agency, KHM Travel Group has experienced a remarkable 30% growth in sales with luxury suppliers in 2024. Sales have surged for partners such as AliveXperiences, Kensington Tours, Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, and Viking.
