For many of us, a summer view of a lake evokes feelings of tranquility and inspiration. It’s a space meant for boating, swimming, or simply unwinding. However, for some, the connection is much more profound. When Max Abraham gazes over Saskatchewan’s Pike Lake, located about 20 minutes south of Saskatoon, he sees not just a body of water, but a place he calls home.
